None of the authors on this site own the already created characters from the show and are in no way affiliated with "Hawaii Five-0", the actors, their agents, the producers, or the Freeman Productions.

From the beginning of this web site, I have obtained a large collection of material, from many sources. Most of the items are from my own personal collection, either donated to me from my many friends or from my buying them from my friends or dealers. I do my best to give these people full credit for these items, although many of them wish to remain anonymous.

As far as the magazine articles, screen captures and scanned pictures, I do have them in hard copy form, but I do not claim authorship or ownership of the original items. Unless otherwise stated, all of the photographs were bought from a dealer, and the rights of ownership belong to those who hold the original copyrights. In the case of the many magazine articles, I do my best to state the name and date of the publication, and, where possible, the author.

It has taken me several years to acquire them and at a huge out of pocket expense for me. Also I do advise anyone who wishes to download or copy any of these items on my site please do NOT use them for any form of profit, whether it be by printing them out for sale or by using them for advertising.

All of the fan fiction posted on this site is protected by the Federal Copy Right Laws. The stories themselves are owned exclusively by each individual author. Any copying or printing out of these stories for any type of profit or advertising require pre-approval by the author who may be contacted by the email address provided on the Fan Fiction Page.

All the information and data collected online or through the mail for this website will be used for its intended purpose. At no time will any of this information be given out or sold to anyone, unless I first obtain the emailed and/or written permission of that person.

Any and all data personal data collected will not be stored on this site and will be deleted when it is no longer needed.
